Currently, we are seeking an Educational Monitoring Assistant for a Pre-independence Program for Young People under Guardianship located in Murcia. Offer includes: * Temporary contract until 12/31/2025 * Part-time schedule of 33 hours per week: Rotating shifts: 1st week: Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM, and weekends from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. 2nd week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Responsibilities: * Participate in implementing educational, social, and recreational activities according to the center's project, in coordination with the technical and educational team. * Work collaboratively with center staff (educators, psychologists, social workers, etc.) to ensure achievement of individual and group objectives for minors. * Ensure order, discipline, and safety within the center, guaranteeing a stable and structured environment. This includes supervision of daily routines (meals, schedules, activities, transportation). * Respond to crisis or conflict situations by applying verbal or behavioral de-escalation strategies that promote calm and respectful support. * Assist in operational tasks necessary for the daily functioning of the center, such as space management, material organization, and accompanying minors on external outings or appointments. * Monitor behavior and progress of minors, preparing reports or documentation for the educational team or management as required. * Promote positive attitudes, respect for rules, and development of social skills, fostering an appropriate educational and cohabitation climate. **Profile:** * Hold a Level 2 Professional Certificate related to the social field, such as: – Sociosanitary care for dependent persons in social institutions (SSCS0208) – Sociosanitary care at home (SSCS0108) – Facilitation of educational leisure activities for children and youth (SSCB0209) – Or any other Level 2 certificate related to social, educational, or community intervention.
