




Job Summary: Téciman International is seeking an Electromechanical Design Engineer to develop the full lifecycle of electromechanical systems and equipment for industrial projects. For new industrial sector projects, we require an Electromechanical Design Engineer for a major company located in Galdakao (Bizkaia). Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * Perform complete lifecycle development of electromechanical systems and equipment (design, development, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and implementation) * Design electromechanical systems and components meeting project needs and requirements * Identify, formulate, and propose effective solutions to technical issues arising during development * Evaluate safety, reliability, and overall performance of final products * Modify and optimize designs to meet technical requirements and correct deviations or failures * Collaborate in defining project budget and scope * Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and product reports * Support commissioning of electromechanical installations when required **Requirements:** * Technical Engineer or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electromechanical design * Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD * Availability for occasional international travel * Project management experience will be valued * Experience in commissioning electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems will be valued **Languages:** * English B2 level – mandatory **Competencies:** * Teamwork, problem solving, planning, and continuous improvement orientation * Autonomy and technical leadership capability in projects
