Develop internal audit plans: create internal audit programs for group companies, based on the status of implementation or maintenance of certification in the quality area, in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Requirements: * University degree in any engineering discipline; a Master’s degree in Integrated Management Systems is highly desirable. * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of improvement and management tools such as 5S, Lean, 8D, PDCA, etc., and of Core Tools analysis methods (APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and PPAP). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate (B2) to advanced (C1) level English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. * We seek a results-oriented and customer-focused individual (both internal and external), with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams, and flexibility.
