This role requires high autonomy and frequent travel. When necessary, you will work at a Tesla Service Center * Ensure maximum quality: Repair vehicles correctly the first time, inspect vehicles thoroughly before delivery or return, always adhering to the highest quality standards * Collaborate: Interact with local and international teams, providing and receiving support, sharing best practices to continuously improve service experiences * Focus on your development: Our internal training team will support your success by providing training on Tesla-specific technologies and electric vehicle repairs * Customer interaction: Handle face-to-face interactions with customers. Perform basic repairs and educate customers on technical aspects and general vehicle usage What you’ll do * Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with supervision, according to skill level, in a remote setting. This is an independent position, mainly on the road driving to customers. Upon request, you may need to be located in a service center * Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre\-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards * Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience * Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in\-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles * Customer Facing: Meet the customer and perform basic repairs, educating customers on technical information and general usage of vehicle **What You'll Bring*** Technical experience: You have professional experience repairing vehicles or in maintenance roles within automotive, aviation, marine, mechanical, industrial, or similar sectors * Technical knowledge: You hold formal training in mechanical or electrical disciplines or vehicle repair, and possess authorization to perform vehicle repairs * Strong communication: You have a high level of Spanish and intermediate English proficiency. You communicate clearly and respectfully, and are a good listener * Safe driving: You hold a valid driver’s license (category B) and have two years of driving experience * Flexibility: You are available to work shifts, which may include weekends, to support your team. You are willing to travel (for mobile service repairs, supporting other Tesla centers) and prepare vehicles as needed * Eligibility: You are authorized to work in Spain What you’ll bring * Technical experience: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries * Technical qualification: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Spain * Good communication skills: You speak and write Spanish well and have a basic\-intermediate level of English. You know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully * Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars) held for a minimum of two years * Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends.
