




**Description:** ---------------- At Talenttu by Gurpea, we are conducting a direct selection process for a leading industrial company in the automotive sector, with a strong international presence and a firm commitment to technological innovation. **What will your mission be?** We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate both internal maintenance activities and those outsourced. You will be responsible for organizing the maintenance team's work, ensuring the proper operation of facilities and machinery, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to production processes, quality, safety, and the environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the human resources within the maintenance department. * Plan, organize, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Set maintenance objectives and monitor implemented improvements. * Evaluate and approve technical and economic proposals related to maintenance. * Train and technically develop the team. * Participate in improvement teams and contribute to solving quality and production issues. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding health and safety (PRL) and environmental regulations. * Manage spare parts requirements and forecast investments in machinery. * Keep the maintenance program up to date. * Respond promptly to incidents, ensuring safety and uninterrupted production. **What we offer:** * A solid and growing industrial project. * A stable contract and opportunities for professional development. * Continuous training and participation in improvement projects. * A positive work environment and collaborative atmosphere. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Technical Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training in electromechanical specialties. * Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Advanced proficiency in management software tools (SAP, Expertis…) and Microsoft Office. * Training in team leadership and problem-solving methodologies (5W, 5S, etc.). * Basic knowledge of environmental and waste management. **Experience:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician. * Previous experience as a maintenance manager or in technical leadership roles will be valued. **Personal Competencies:** * Leadership, initiative, and decision-making ability. * Problem-solving skills and results orientation. * Commitment, honesty, and adaptability. * Teamwork and self-discipline. * Ability to react effectively in emergencies.
