As a Solutions Engineer (also known as Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer), you'll work with the sales team to create tailored solutions for customers. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping translate business needs into impactful recommendations and guiding customers through their transformation journey. **What You’ll Do** * **Solution Design:** Design technical solutions that address customer needs and support the preparation of tailored technical proposals. * **Content Creation:** Assist in creating engaging presentation assets in various formats (slides, videos, demos) to support customer conversations. * **Collaboration:** Partner with the Solution Engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., Professional Services, Alliances) to align solutions with specific customer requirements. * **Performance Tracking:** Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track team performance and project success. * **Operational Support:** Assist with internal operations and special projects to streamline team efficiency. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- **Education \& Eligibility** * **University Status:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a **Madrid\-based University** , with an expected graduation year of **2027** (No exceptions). * **Field of Study:** Preferably in **Computer Science, Engineering** , or a related technical field. * **Internship Agreement:** Ability to sign a University Agreement ( *Convenio de Prácticas* ) with your school for the full duration of the internship. * **Language Skills:** Fluency in **Spanish and English** is required (both oral and written). **Core Competencies** * **Tech Passion:** Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology. You enjoy being the first to understand why and how things work. * **Problem Solving:** A natural experimenter who loves to concentrate on complex topics, search out information, and solve puzzles. * **Communication:** Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
