Job Summary: We are seeking young talent to train in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of machinery for meat product manufacturing, working collaboratively across departments and at customer facilities. Your **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * **Understand** the operation and assembly of various machines. * **Assemble** machines in the workshop following established instructions and specifications. * **Use** provided tools correctly (cutting, welding, polishing, and others). * **Work in a team** with workshop colleagues to complete tasks within the scheduled timeframes per instructions. * **Work in a team** with other Metalquimia departments, primarily Operations and Engineering, as required. * **Travel** to commission, assemble, and install machinery at customer facilities. * **Resolve** assembly issues on-site at customer locations, or identify appropriate Metalquimia personnel to resolve problems when necessary. * **Maintain** clean and orderly work areas. **REQUIREMENTS**: **Education**: Vocational training program in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or related fields. **Knowledge**: \- Reading technical drawings \- Pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
