The Role Full\-Stack Lead Developer with experience in .NET (Framework or Core), Python, and React/Angular, along with understanding of DevOps practices, and databases. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments and handling ticket\-based workflows. What You’ll Do* Closely collaborate with the other stakeholders from Product Management and Business Analysts * Develop and maintain applications using .NET (Framework or Core) and Python scripts. User interface development React/Angular, JavaScript\&TypeScript. * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity or Jenkins * Troubleshoot and optimize applications for Linux and Windows environments. * Collaborate in Agile workflows, working with Jira, sprints, and ticket\-based systems. * Coach junior team members What You’ll Bring* 10\+ years of experience working with .NET Framework or Core (C\#) * React/Angular (Material UI, Tailwind) for front\-end development * Python development experience (Flask) * Experience with AWS EC2, EBS, S3 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins) * Experience with CRM 11 or above is considered a plus
