We are Nexo 8 ETT, and we are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our team at a leading plastic recycling company in Cerceda. If you enjoy teamwork, are proactive, and care about the environment, this could be your opportunity! **What will you do on a daily basis?** As an operator at our facility, your main responsibilities will include: * **Waste sorting:** You’ll excel at separating and classifying all types of plastic materials to ensure efficient recycling. Every piece counts! * **Production line feeding and monitoring:** You’ll help our production lines run smoothly, ensuring a constant flow of materials and supervising that everything operates flawlessly. * **Machinery operation:** You’ll have the opportunity to learn and operate specialized machinery used in the recycling process. You’ll become an expert in no time! * **Packaging:** You’ll prepare recycled materials for transportation, ensuring they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. **What do you need to join us?** * We seek candidates with at least **1 year of experience** in assembly lines or industrial settings. We value your proactivity, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to quality and safety. * Immediate availability. * Ability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Driving license B and personal vehicle. **What do we offer?** * Temporary employment contract through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with potential transition to permanent employment with the client company. * Hourly wage: Regular shift: €10.05 / Night shift: €11.08 If you consider yourself responsible, highly motivated, and passionate about recycling, we want to meet you!
