Assessment of empathy and teamwork skills Country Spain Province Vigo \- Pontevedra Application Deadline 15/06/2026 Category Service Staff **NGO Information** Fundación Aldaba **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response Rate: 76.29% **info** **Objective** ------------ * Feeding: Adherence to meal plans, purchasing groceries, and preparing healthy meals, taking into account possible cultural or religious dietary restrictions of the minors. * Cleaning and Maintenance: Daily and deep cleaning of the residence, laundry management (washing and ironing), and general tidiness. * Coexistence Support: Promoting order and responsibility within the household, assisting minors in organizing their personal spaces (bedrooms, common areas). * Discretion and Safety: Ensuring a safe and confidential environment, respecting the administrative and personal circumstances of minors under guardianship **Profile:** * Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. * Additional Training: Specialization in trauma, interculturality, migratory grief, or adolescent intervention, social intervention. * Skills: High capacity for empathy, interdisciplinary teamwork, conflict resolution, and cultural flexibility. * Certificate of absence of sexual offenses (mandatory). * Driver’s license Preference will be given to candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
