Positive work environment **Location:** Bilbao **Contract Type:** Permanent **Working Hours:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site **Annual Gross Salary:** **€23,000 – €25,000**, depending on experience Job Description We are seeking a **Labor Technician** with experience in **consultancy**, to join our Labor Department. The selected candidate will support the labor management of a client portfolio, performing administrative tasks and labor advisory services. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of **payroll**. * Management of **social security contributions** (RED System). * **Labor contracts**: registrations, cancellations, modifications, extensions, and amendments. * Liaison with the **Social Security Administration**. * Processing and follow-up of **sick leave/injury leave** (IT/AT). * Support in routine labor-related client inquiries. * Other duties typical of the Labor Department. Requirements * Minimum **1 year of consultancy experience** in the Labor Department (mandatory). * Degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Law, or related field. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in payroll software (A3, NominaPlus, Sage, or similar). * Organized, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team.
