We are looking for a person to coordinate an automotive workshop in Palma de Mallorca. The position requires solid understanding of the automotive sector and the ability to lead a team of technicians to achieve maximum efficiency. Daily responsibilities will include planning workshop operations, ensuring optimal workflow and high productivity. A collaborative working environment will be fostered, managing employees’ professional development. Customer satisfaction will be prioritized, overseeing quality, parts inventory, and compliance with safety regulations. Previous experience in the sector and knowledge of current tools and technologies—including ADAS systems—will be valued. Automotive training and leadership and organizational skills are required. Automotive Training (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training). Minimum 2 years’ experience in glass repair and replacement workshops. Knowledge of glass replacement tools and ADAS calibration.
