Responsibilities include supervising activities, ensuring service quality and customer shopping experience, managing inventory and orders, analyzing sales, organizing team work, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, resolving incidents involving customers and staff, and preparing performance reports. Previous experience in retail store management is required, along with leadership, communication, and customer-oriented skills; ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts; and basic knowledge of computer tools. Candidates must reside in Lorca or be available to relocate.
