Join us and help the world’s leading organizations discover the value of technology and build a more sustainable and inclusive world. **About the Role** ------------------ We are seeking a **Systems Requirements Engineer** to work in the **naval sector**, on-site in **Cartagena, Murcia**. **Position Objective** To hire a Requirements Specification and Testing Engineer to participate in systems engineering activities, requirements management, test definition, and hardware and software system integration within regulated environments. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Analysis and management of system requirements. * Authoring of specifications and requirements documentation. * Definition and authoring of engineering and integration tests. * Management of traceability between requirements and tests. * Participation in Verification and Validation (V&V) activities. * Integration of electrical, electronic, and embedded software systems. * Preparation of documentation compliant with PECAL and MIL standards. **Required Profile** -------------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Engineering degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Naval Radio Electronics, or related fields. * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications is also valued. **Experience** * Requirements management and authoring. * Definition and documentation of engineering and system/software integration tests. * Experience with PECAL 2110/2210/2310, MIL-STD-498, or similar standards is desirable. * Experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) processes is desirable. * Experience in integration of electrical, electronic, and embedded software systems is desirable. **English Proficiency** * Minimum B1 level. **Technical Tools** * IBM Rational DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools. * IBM Rational Change or similar artifact tracking tools. * Linux. * Programming knowledge (Python is desirable). * Knowledge of Systems Engineering, life cycles, and agile methodologies (Scrum is desirable). **Other Desirable Qualifications** * Personal Security Clearance (HPS). * Knowledge of traceability, V&V, and HW/SW integration. **What You’ll Love About Working Here?** ------------------------------------- * Subsidized private health insurance (50% covered). * Meal vouchers or €100.25 monthly allowance paid through payroll. * 24 vacation days, 2 personal days + public holidays on December 24 and December 31 + option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year. * Life and accident insurance. * Childcare allowance of €600 for children aged 0–3 years. * Flexible working hours (project-dependent). * Summer intensive schedule (July and August) and every Friday throughout the year. * FlexAbroad: possibility to work remotely from another country for up to 45 days (project-dependent). **Why Capgemini Engineering?** ----------------------------------- Capgemini is a global leader in digital transformation and business management, driving an inclusive and sustainable future through technology.
