Description
This position focuses on programming and control operations within an industrial manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility involves accurately interpreting technical drawings and design documents to translate specifications into executable machine instructions. The programmer will be responsible for configuring and operating machining equipment, such as drills and CNC centers, to perform cutting, drilling, and other material shaping operations. A key aspect of the job is creating and optimizing cutting templates, which are essential for ensuring repeatability and efficiency in mass production processes. The person in this role must possess practical knowledge of a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites, to select appropriate tool parameters and speeds. Additionally, it is essential to apply and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all stages of the production process, performing inspections and adjustments as necessary to meet specified tolerances. The job requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to resolve technical problems that may arise during the machining phase, ensuring uninterrupted workflow in the section and high precision in the final output.
The company offers a direct labor contract, not through agencies. A free company shuttle bus service is provided for commuting from the city of Zaragoza to the plant in Cariñena. Medical coverage is included for the employee. Working hours are rotating, alternating between a morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00 and an evening shift from 15:00 to 23:00. The company has a large workforce and a strong presence both nationally and internationally.
A minimum qualification of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) is required. A Bachelor's degree in Production Machine Programming or a Bachelor's degree in Carpentry will be considered favorably. At least one or two years of practical experience in similar roles within the industrial sector is mandatory. The candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge and hands-on experience using Shofia programming software for configuring and operating machine tools.
