Your work will be essential in ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness in the manufacturing of automotive components. Main Responsibilities:Operate production machinery following established protocols.Assemble and install automotive parts and components.Control the quality of manufactured products, identifying and reporting potential defects.Actively participate in the optimization of production processes.Comply with occupational health and safety regulations at all times.Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly production targets.Use manual and/or electric tools required for production.Perform inspection and basic maintenance of assigned machinery.Record production data and monitor materials.Adapt to different positions within the production line according to operational needs.Mandatory Requirements:Ability to operate production machinery and tools.Capacity to work in a team and follow instructions.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially injection molding (highly valued).Flexible availability and willingness to work shifts (morning, afternoon, night).Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.Commitment to quality and attention to detail.Residence in the work area or ability to commute.Preferred Qualifications:Specific experience in automotive assembly lines.Vocational training related to industry or mechanics.Knowledge of quality control systems.Minimum of 1 year of experience in production roles, preferably in the automotive sector.At TEMPS, we firmly believe in the professional development of our candidates.
