We are seeking a person to lead and coordinate the industrial facility maintenance team in Cariñena, Zaragoza. Your main responsibilities will include organizing and supervising technicians, assigning tasks and shifts. You will also be responsible for planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of systems such as electrical panels, fluid systems, HVAC, and generator sets. You will manage on-site incidents to ensure operational continuity, control spare parts inventory, and record all maintenance interventions. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and supervise compliance with regulations, maintaining direct communication with the client. We offer an indefinite-term contract and full-time employment. Free transportation is provided from Zaragoza to the workplace. We value training in Electricity, Electronics, or Industrial Mechatronics, as well as experience in a similar position. Candidates must reside in Zaragoza or the Cariñena area, hold a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle, and be available for rotating shifts. We seek someone with leadership ability, initiative, and results orientation, capable of working effectively in a team and resolving conflicts.
