Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Technician – Building Envelopes to technically supervise building envelope packages and coordinate documentation, construction solutions, and technical follow-up on industrial, logistics, and technology projects. We continue growing and are looking to incorporate a **Technical Office Technician – Building Envelopes** to support the Engineering Department on industrial, logistics, and technology projects. We seek an organized individual with a technical profile and attention to detail, oriented toward document management, technical review, and coordination of information related to façades, roofs, and building envelopes. **What makes us different?** ✔ Digitalization as a core pillar: we work with BIM environments, CDE platforms, and collaborative tools. ✔ People at the center: we invest in training, professional development, and team well-being. ✔ Commitment to quality and sustainability: we build with a forward-looking vision. ✔ Industrial and logistics projects featuring high technical complexity and demanding requirements. **Your challenge as a Building Envelope Technician** You will be responsible for the technical supervision of building envelope packages, coordinating documentation, construction solutions, and technical follow-up from the Technical Office, ensuring compliance with project requirements, regulations, and quality standards. The role will focus primarily on technical office work and document management, though it will also require occasional site visits for technical supervision and follow-up of executed works. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and approval of technical documentation prepared by suppliers and subcontractors: technical datasheets, construction details, calculations, and shop drawings. * Review of building envelope solutions and proposals for improvement or adaptation during construction execution. * Technical supervision of on-site works, including follow-up visits, inspections, and report preparation. * Recording and tracking of incidents occurring during works execution. * Coordination and tracking of incidents during warranty and post-sales periods. * Technical support to the site team and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. * Review of technical documentation against the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). * Review of waterproofing systems, construction junctions, and watertightness/pluvial solutions. * Document control and organization for building envelope packages from the Technical Office. * Coordination with various departments involved in the project. **Requirements** * Degree in Construction Projects (Vocational Training), Architecture. * Technical knowledge of building envelopes, façades, roofs, and waterproofing. * **Knowledge and review of technical regulations** and the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). * **Proficiency in AutoCAD.** * **BIM/Revit knowledge is desirable.** * Advanced Excel skills and experience handling technical documentation. * Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional site visits. **What We Offer** * Participation in large-scale industrial and logistics projects. * Continuous training and professional development. * A dynamic, collaborative, and growing work environment. * Job stability and a career development plan within the company. * Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.
