




An administrative assistant is sought for a foundation located in Calatayud. Main responsibilities include handling phone and in-person inquiries, managing the center's communications professionally. The candidate will also be responsible for cash register administration, user accounting control, and payment processing. Additionally, they will prepare and send internal documents such as incident reports, contracts, and personnel management tasks, as well as generate invoices and lists for various programs, and process documentation required by Health, IASS, and other entities. Purchase management, coordination of facility maintenance, and supervision of order reception are also part of the duties. Knowledge of EKON software is required. A permanent part-time contract of 20 hours per week is offered, scheduled in 4-hour morning shifts from Monday to Friday.
