




We are seeking an experienced IT technician to join a team in Granada. Main responsibilities include technical support, maintenance, and comprehensive management of the organization’s computer systems. The position requires full-time, on-site work in a dynamic environment where initiative and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Responsibilities will include installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, as well as advising on the acquisition of new technological equipment tailored to internal needs. Hardware and software inventory management will also be carried out, including interaction with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve incidents and coordinate maintenance activities. Regular tasks will include operating system, application, and security measure updates, as well as resolving user incidents via remote and on-site support. A minimum qualification of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (or equivalent) is required. Demonstrable experience of at least five years in technical support and microinformatics will be valued. The ability to manage incidents and coordinate processes related to the organization’s IT infrastructure is essential. Additional training and industry-specific certifications, as well as interpersonal skills, strong proactivity, and organizational ability, will be appreciated.
