The Wera Kraftform Kompakt VDE 18 Universal 2 tool-finder set is a compact 18-piece set. It contains 16 interchangeable VDE blades (each 154 mm long) with integrated protective insulation and two 817 VDE Kraftform hand grips. The hand grips are suitable only for Wera’s interchangeable VDE blades. The interchangeable handle/blades system enables ultra-rapid replacement of the required blade and thus supports a wide range of applications. Only the dielectric strength test of the tool at 10,000 volts in a water bath gives users the reassuring certainty that their screwdriver has been tested for its most important property: insulation. Wera’s VDE screwdrivers undergo this test individually. Therefore, safe operation up to 1,000 volts is possible. The Kraftform Kompakt VDE 18 Universal 2 tool-finder set comes in a compact textile waist pouch. The significantly reduced weight of the set makes it much more comfortable to carry. Sensitive surfaces are protected during storage. The textile case and tools even survive drops unscathed. Thanks to the fleece lining and Velcro fastening strip, it is also suitable for easy mounting—for example, on walls, shelves, workshop trolleys, and for coupling with the Wera 2go tool transport system.
