We encourage you to apply and become part of our inclusive team! **Requirements:** --------------- **Our ideal candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * 2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition. * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships. * Ability to partner with hiring managers to provide support and deliver ongoing internal training to improve selection practices. * Strong orientation toward HR technology. * Team player, proactive, and self-motivated. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
