To achieve this, they are seeking: **INDUSTRIAL PROCESS CONTROLLER** **What will this position offer you?** **Greenfield project with direct impact:** You will be responsible for implementing and developing the plant-level cost control system from inception. You will not be working in isolation—you will integrate into an environment that values teamwork and proactivity. **What will you do?** Your mission will be to implement and manage a cost control system from scratch in an expanding production environment. You will serve as a key figure in strategic decision-making, providing cost analysis, margin assessments, bill-of-materials (BOM) reviews, variance reports, and industrial KPIs. You will report to the Plant Director and also coordinate with the CFO and Corporate Controlling team. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Implementing and developing the cost control system across production processes. * Identifying cost centers and establishing control and allocation mechanisms. * Coordinating and updating BOMs jointly with Engineering and Production. * Analyzing actual vs. standard costs and preparing tracking reports. * Supporting financial management with a focus on product margins and profitability. * Preparing monthly and industrial management reports. * Monitoring inventory levels, consumption, losses, and stock balances. * Contributing to the internal development of management tools. **What will make you successful in this role?** We seek a candidate with a degree in **Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field**, and **extensive experience as a Controller in industrial environments**. It will be highly advantageous if you have **implemented cost control systems from scratch at plant level**, and possess a solid understanding of financial processes linked to production. Advanced proficiency in **Excel** is essential, along with knowledge of **financial analytics tools (Power BI)** and ERP experience (Business Central is particularly valued). You must also be proficient in concepts such as BOMs, standard costing, COGS, product margins, budgetary control, and industrial KPI analysis.
