The group operates production facilities in France, Belgium, Russia, and Spain, with the Muel plant being the group’s largest production facility worldwide. Currently, we have **multiple open positions for Production Operators**, available under various shift patterns and schedules: * **Night shift:** Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekend coverage as required by production needs. * **Weekend shift:** **12-hour shifts on Saturdays and 12-hour shifts on Sundays**. * **Rotating shifts:** Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Achieve established productivity targets while adhering to all regulations and procedures (NCF). * Prepare production equipment according to the schedule and defined instructions. * Supply production lines with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment. * Verify conformity of raw materials and small equipment. * Participate in operating production equipment, including machine startup and shutdown management. * Perform cleaning and disinfection, as well as maintenance of equipment and/or materials. * Ensure traceability of ongoing operations by correctly completing manufacturing documents, batch records, cleaning logs, procedures, instructions, and records. * Monitor raw materials and production results. * Record and report any deviations detected during the process or during quality checks, using production documents and tracking tables. * Apply and comply with company-established procedures and work instructions. **If you wish to join a dynamic, regulated, and industrial environment—and are interested in building your experience in the pharmaceutical sector—we invite you to explore our current opportunities and join the Besins Healthcare team.** Salary: €25.000,00–€26.000,00 per year Benefits: * Free parking * Private health insurance * Meal vouchers * Provided uniform Work location: On-site employment
