We are looking for telemarketers to join a project in Palencia. The position involves consultative sales of energy products and customer retention. Main responsibilities include making outbound calls to analyze each customer’s situation—such as their tariff, consumption, and contract type—as well as retention activities, offering solutions adapted to the complaints or needs expressed by the customer. A part-time contract of 25 hours per week is offered.
