The Food Production Operator position focuses on fundamental tasks within the food product manufacturing environment. The role involves active participation in the main production line, where food items are processed and prepared for distribution. Responsibilities span from the initial handling of raw materials to the final stages of finished product packaging. This role is essential for maintaining continuous operational flow and ensuring that processes are executed according to established timelines and production standards. Daily activities include specific packaging, labeling, and packing operations, which are critical for the product's final presentation and integrity. Quality control is an integral part of these functions, requiring constant attention to detail to identify any deviation from established standards. The work environment is dynamic and demands adaptability, as production lines may handle different types of products or variations in manufacturing volumes depending on market demand and company planning. Additionally, the position requires strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols, which are fundamental in the food industry to prevent contamination and ensure product safety. The operator must collaborate with the rest of the team and work under the supervision of line supervisors to achieve productivity goals. This role directly contributes to the transformation of raw materials into consumer-ready goods, thereby supporting the food supply chain. The offer includes an initial employment contract with a duration of three months, subject to current regulatory requirements. The work environment is described as pleasant and dynamic, fostering collaboration among team members. There is a future possibility—not guaranteed—that the employment relationship may continue with the company after the initial contractual period ends, depending on organizational needs and the worker’s performance during the probationary and adaptation period. A minimum of six months’ demonstrable experience in a similar production operator role is required and mandatory for the application. Candidates must possess their own vehicle—such as a car, motorcycle, or electric scooter—for commuting to the workplace. Full availability for rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours, as scheduled by the company, is required. Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) is mandatory; alternatively, an officially accredited and homologated Spanish Baccalaureate degree is acceptable. This qualification must be submitted for verification during the onboarding process.
