Job Summary: We are seeking a Territory Manager to promote products, manage accounts and customer relationships, and attend promotional and training events. Key Highlights: 1. (OIB) Endoscopic Solutions Location: Valladolid Reference Number: 80040622\-18062026 Website: https://www.olympus.es/ At Olympus Iberia, we are looking for a candidate to fill the Territory Manager position covering Valladolid, León, Salamanca, and Palencia. Your Responsibilities ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Achieve the sales target set forth in Olympus Iberia’s Commercial Plan. * Promote OLYMPUS products in the assigned territory. * Provide customer support and manage all incidents related to daily operational activities. * Prepare quotations for customers and develop offers. * Assist with customer collections: claims handling, payment terms, invoicing, etc., in accordance with internal policies established across the organization. * Prepare and submit documentation required for public tenders. * Attend live interventions to conduct product demonstrations (Operation Patient Demonstration). * Deliver customer training courses in coordination with Technical Service personnel. ATTENDANCE AT CONGRESSES AND MEETINGS * Attend congresses (scientific meetings) or any other event aimed at promoting and presenting the features of OLYMPUS products. * Participate in division/business line sales meetings as required. * Conduct technical product training courses at the Central European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING * Monitor and report daily activities using the CRM tool to ensure achievement of defined objectives, track sales performance, and identify business opportunities. Your Qualifications * Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, or Bioengineering. * Preferably 3\-5 years of experience in a similar role. * Intermediate\-to\-advanced level of English.
