Join us in shaping the future of sustainable mobility. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and customer Design System and suggest optimizations * Ensure the robustness of the product / process design. * Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc * Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables. * Lead Supplier convergency for development \& industrialization * Suggesting technical solutions * Signing of plans by team leader delegation * Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM) * Quality Documentation * Quality and Planning of Tooling Go Ahead * Initiate technical Documentation * Managing Lup resolution **YOUR PROFILE:** * We are looking for engineers withs different levels of experience: + Junior Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates and entry\-level candidates are encouraged to apply. + Specialist Level: minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development. + Senior Level: Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in battery development. * Bakground in some of the following areas: + Power electronics + E\-motors * Languages: Spanish and English is mandatory.
