The office is located in **Santander.** **What will be your key objectives as a Tax Support Agent?** You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers in the Tax area. This role is vital to ensure that our users can efficiently navigate and use our suite of tax programs, and to maintain the excellence and reliability of our software. As a Tax Customer Care Support Agent, you will: * **Customer Support:** Provide direct assistance to customers with inquiries or issues related to our suite of tax programs. * **Advisor Support:** Serve as the point of contact to resolve tax advisors’ questions and ensure the effectiveness of their services. * **Incident Reporting:** Collect information on bugs to continuously improve our programs from a technical perspective. * **Accounting Support:** Assist in accurately recording accounting entries while complying with current regulations. * **Billing and Collections Management:** Support billing management and collections processes, ensuring an efficient payment flow. **About You** -------------------- * Vocational training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Advisory Experience: Prior experience in tax advisory or consulting firms is highly valued. * Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be in constant contact with users. * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. * Beyond business skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
