Injection Molding Machine Operator - Metal Sector

Description

We are seeking personnel to manufacture aluminum parts via injection molding at a metal sector company in Valladolid. Main tasks include preparing and mounting molds on injection and press machines, changing molds according to the production or maintenance schedule, and verifying quality by monitoring parameters and managing peripheral equipment. Safe operation of machinery and hand tools is also required, along with performing visual inspections and basic measurements to control the casting process. The work environment is industrial, with emphasis placed on meticulousness and teamwork. Adaptability to weekly rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Friday is required, with full-time working hours. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Training on plant procedures and equipment operation is provided, promoting continuous improvement and safe practices. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in metallurgy or related fields is required. A minimum of one year’s experience operating injection molding machines, presses, changing molds, or as a machine fitter within the metal or foundry sector is mandatory. Practical knowledge of hand tools is valued. Availability to work weekly rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and to start on the indicated date is essential.
