The selected professional will integrate into the organizational structure reporting directly to the department head, occupying a highly stable position focused primarily on **building projects**. The selected candidate will work mainly at the central office, combining desk-based technical work with occasional same-day round-trip site visits when their intervention is required on-site. Key responsibilities include: * **Technical studies:** Conducting studies of required installations and analyzing ongoing projects. * **Supervision and control:** Performing technical reviews, site visits, and supervising proper execution of works. * **Technical management and coordination:** Attending technical meetings with various stakeholders involved in building projects. * **Legalization procedures:** Managing and processing all documentation required for legalizing works before relevant authorities. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent). * **Specialization:** Solid and demonstrable experience in electricity and/or climate control installations. * **Technical knowledge:** Ability to **interpret technical drawings (mandatory)**. * **Occupational safety:** Completion of **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training**, required for safe access to building sites. * **Team management:** Prior experience managing teams is not required. * **Mobility:** Valid driver's license and availability for occasional same-day travel (primarily to the regions of **Castilla y León** or **Castilla-La Mancha**). ### **Benefits** * **Project:** Indefinite-term contract with a company experiencing strong growth. * **Competitive remuneration** around **40\.000€**, adjusted according to your profile and experience. * **Tools:** Corporate mobile phone. * **Travel:** Occasional site visits will be carried out efficiently and routinely using the **Renfe** rail network, or via logistical solutions provided by the company for specific same-day transfers.
