Our focus is on implementing and operating solutions that enable our clients to securely and efficiently access systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. **What will your day-to-day be like?** Your mission will be to ensure all changes within the Identity and Access ecosystem are planned, documented, coordinated, and executed without risking service continuity. You will act as a cross-functional control point between technical teams, operations, customers, and the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring every change is fully prepared before reaching production. This is not an administrative role: it is an **operational control, technical analysis, and risk management** role. You will work in a critical 24x7 IAM environment where an incorrect change could impact thousands of users.
