If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** **Responsibility 1:** PATIENT CARE * Address patient inquiries or requests related to billing, records management, or purchasing. **Responsibility 2:** SERVICE OPERATIONS * Identify and correct errors detected in invoices issued by various insurance companies. * Verify patient-provided data used for billing and collections. * Process all charges generated for a medical service or procedure. **RESPONSIBILITY 3: DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING:** * Archive documentation supporting invoices to substantiate services rendered. * Collect and consolidate billing information per insurance company for submission to each respective insurer. * Cross-check and apply agreed-upon billing terms based on contracts with insurance companies and public entities. * Request authorizations from insurance companies for medical services not covered under existing agreements. * Organize incoming documentation, invoices, and payment receipts, verifying and correcting any potential errors. **Requirements:** * Medium-level vocational training qualification. \- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. \- Proficient user of MS Office tools. **We Offer:** * Indefinite full-time employment contract. \- International Healthcare Network: Join a global network of healthcare professionals, sharing knowledge and experiences. \- Professional Development: Opportunities for training and career advancement within a diverse and dynamic environment. \- Flexible compensation through the Compensa\+ program, enabling you to optimize your salary according to your personal needs.
