The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing grilled dishes, such as meats, hamburgers, sandwiches, and other menu items. Demonstrable experience operating a grill is required, along with the ability to work under pressure during peak hours, speed, organization, and commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene standards. A proactive attitude, teamwork, and versatility within the kitchen will be valued.
