Hybrid model. **Functions:*** Collect, clean, and transform data from various internal and external sources. * Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends and key metrics. * Analyze large datasets to idenfiy patterns, oppotunities, and potential issues. * Collaborate with product, makerting, finance, or operations teams to define analytical needs. * Monitor KPIs and propose improvements based on insights. * Document processes, methodologies, and analytical models. * Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data. * Automate data extraction and analysis processes when possible. * Presnt findings to both technical and no\-technical stakeholderes. **Skills:*** Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. * \+3 years of experience in data analysis or related areas. * Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. * Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis. * Knowledge data visualization tool (valuable PowerBI). * Good level, both oral and written, in English and French. **Do you want to know more about Winning?** We are a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and headhunting.
