If you want to join a “**Great Place to Work**”, keep reading! **Job Description** **What Challenge Are We Offering?** Within Cimpa, we are seeking an engineer specialized in parametric design and automation within the 3DEXPERIENCE environment. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining robust, reusable structural design solutions aligned with mechanical, materials, and manufacturing requirements. You will handle the design and validation of primary and secondary aeronautical structures, applying principles of structural mechanics and DFM/DFA; develop and maintain 3D templates and User Defined Features (UDFs) using EKL; integrate solutions into collaborative PLM/3DiPAF frameworks; and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enable concurrent engineering and ensure design consistency throughout its entire lifecycle. The working model is hybrid, and advanced English proficiency is required, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues in France. **Requirements** **What Are We Looking For?** We seek an aeronautical, aerospace, or mechanical engineer with a solid foundation in aeronautical structures, structural mechanics (mechanics of materials, fatigue, bending, and torsion), and design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA). Knowledge of aeronautical materials—including composites and metallic alloys—is essential. Demonstrable experience in advanced parametric design, collaborative environments, and design lifecycle management is required.
