We are looking for an MRP and Purchase Order Specialist in Madrid who will be responsible for ensuring the purchasing process of goods and maintaining stock levels according to the demand evolution of each product line. **Could you answer "yes" to the following…?** -------------------------------- Do you treat your colleagues with respect? If so, we want to meet you. ### **In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely material availability and on-time deliveries through MRP planning, conversion and tracking of purchase orders, and inventory optimization.** ### **The ideal candidate should have approximately 4\-5 years of prior experience in logistics, preferably in a similar sector such as industrial manufacturing.** **What you will do:** ----------------------- * Contact suppliers and other international Knauf sites (e.g., products: boards not manufactured in Spain, screws, pastes not manufactured in Spain, Pro range, etc.) * Purchase order management. Tracking and meeting deadlines. * Handling incidents and claims. * Logistics management: inbound and outbound shipments, storage, and coordination with warehouse supervisors. * Reporting: preparation of reports and analyses to support organizational decision-making. **What we would love you to have:** --------------------------------------- * Vocational training in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or similar.
