Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems be aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technology department is seeking three new professionals to help standardize SAP-based workflows across various strategic areas by managing diverse projects. **ABOUT THE HR ANALYTICS JUNIOR ROLE** We are currently seeking a candidate with experience as an HR Analytics Junior, whose primary mission will be to provide technical support for optimizing, developing reports, and delivering data analysis on BI platforms. **Key responsibilities include:** * DATA EXTRACTION, PREPARATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF DATABASES FOR SUBSEQUENT ANALYSIS. CREATION OF A DATA LAKE. * DEVELOPMENT OF RECURRING AND AD HOC REPORTS AND ANALYTICAL DOCUMENTS, BOTH INTERNAL AND GLOBAL, ON BI PLATFORMS. * COLLABORATION IN OPTIMIZING PROCESSES AND AUTOMATING REPORTS CURRENTLY PERFORMED MANUALLY. * PARTICIPATION IN GLOBAL ANALYTICS PROJECTS. * CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT TO DEPARTMENTS REGARDING PEOPLE-DATA. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** **Education and specialization:** MIDDLE/SUPERIOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING (FP) OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS, STATISTICS, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR DATA ANALYSIS **Minimum required experience:** 1 YEAR **Other specific skills:** EXCEL – POWER QUERY – POWER PIVOT – POWER BI – SQL – AWS \- PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. * Positive work environment and collaborative culture. * Ongoing mentoring and continuous learning opportunities. * Employee discounts applicable to you and up to three people of your choice (family members/friends). * Meal vouchers. * Discount portal for purchases with our partners (leisure, travel, shopping, etc.). * Flexible compensation scheme enabling you to allocate part of your salary toward additional benefits. * Access to our employee wellness app.
