Requirements: * Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Engineering degree. * 5 years of experience at site construction. * Experience in QA/QC. * Handling of PED/ATEX regulations. * Proficiency in Spanish (C1\), English (C1\), and Portuguese (C1\). Desirable: * Experience in Vendor Performnace Management. * Advanced knowledge of EU Directives, such as Pressure Equipment (PED), Machinery, and ATEX. * IWE or similar, Frosio level II. Location: * Sines, Portugal. ###### **Quality Construction** ###### **PED** ###### **ATEX regulations** ###### **Leadership** ###### **Spanish, English and Portuguese** #### **Principal Duties** * Implement the Site Quality Plan covering activities of the construction site (with the support of the Project Quality Manager) * To be the single point of contact and the accountable person for all QAQC project activities in front of other parties. * Lead the Site Quality Management Team and supervises the activities of Area QC Engineers, QA Engineers, Welding/NDE Engineers, Lead QC Inspectors, Discipline Inspectors and Certification Engineers, as well as data entry by clerks/secretarial staff for quality related documentation control. * Participate in the selection interviews of the Site's Quality Construction team * Ensure Construction personnel are familiar with quality\-related objectives and requirements, and Develops and delivers quality induction/training programs. * Check and approve the Subcontractors’ plans and procedures, from the quality point of view, to ensure their consistency with contractual requirements. * Performs QAQC activities on for the assigned Project and/or Construction Contract * Verifies the conformity against the contractual requirements during the execution of the Construction, erection and installation activities in terms of execution plan and/or delivery date and/or manufacturing quality * Ensures that all the required information, documentation and QCPs are available at proper time to the Subcontractor as required by the Construction schedule * Interface with Subcontractors daily and monitors their observance of quality requirements. * Ensure that all necessary construction quality records such as inspection and test documents are filed and maintained correctly inside Service Provider’s and Subcontractors organization. * Ensure arrangements for presence of and liaison with third party inspection organization as required. * Monitor the effectiveness of the Site Quality Management System (QMS) through a planned audit and review programme. He suggests activity to improve progress or performance for selected work tasks. * Identifies and reports any QAQC deviation or issues impacting deliveries or quality. Coordinates the definition of the recovery actions and follow\-up their implementation until their resolution. * Contributes in the Technical evaluation of offers (related to Construction SOW) * Contributes to preparation of Subcontractor and Inspection Agencies performance evaluations * Manage and Update the QAQC MS deliverables in the applicable IT Tools (e.g. EasyPlant, GAIA) * Analyzes information provided by Construction Contractors and monitors the KPIs evolution Maintain Site Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI). * Ensure that Subontractors completion records/documentation are developed and maintained to achieve a smooth handover of the plant system on mechanical completion. * Ensure that major quality failures are identified, investigated and reported. * Coordinate with the Site Project Control Manager for the issuing of the Site Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports. * Test Pack and Final Quality Construction Dossier review. **Why Join DAPIN?** ------------------- * You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large\-scale change.
