Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, network administration, and system management, with responsibilities in training and logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and collaborative environment Required IT Technician: Responsibilities: \- Administration Area · Corporate email management (configuration and implementation on devices). · Technical support to users. · Network monitoring and control. · Virus and malware removal. · Software installation and maintenance (proprietary and commercial). · Internal and external hardware configuration. · Data recovery and backup management. · Development of usage policies and security criteria. · Institutional mobile network administration. · Server management. · Creation of manuals and internal training. · Development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. \- Training Area · Technical preparation of classrooms. · Implementation and review of networks. · Assembly and configuration of equipment and peripherals. · Formatting and software installation for courses. · Review of projectors and audiovisual systems. · Technical support to teaching staff and students. \- Logistics Area · Inventory and control of hardware and software. · Stock and technology procurement management. · Repair of computers and peripherals. Requirements: \- Education in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, ASIR, or equivalent. \- Prior experience in a similar role. \- Knowledge of: LAN/WAN and WiFi networks, Windows environments and Microsoft 365, basic server administration, cybersecurity and backups, hardware diagnostics and repair, incident resolution capability, strong communication skills and user orientation, organization and proactivity. \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
