**Pack Management & Regulatory Specialist** — Regulatory Affairs and Pack Management * Temporary contract: 9 months Application deadline: 16/12/2025 Are you interested in developing your career in Regulatory Affairs and Pack Management within the pharmaceutical sector? We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills to manage the creation, review, and approval of printed packaging materials (artworks) and related regulatory activities. Key responsibilities * Ensure printed packaging materials comply with Marketing Authorization requirements. * Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of artworks with Regulatory Affairs, Pack Management, and relevant departments. * Manage regulatory activities for assigning codes to new products. * Maintain and report area KPIs. * Prepare local documentation for variations, revalidations, and new submissions to AEMPS. * Update internal regulatory systems with information on variations, cancellations, and revalidations. Requirements * University degree. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Fluent English (C1 level) both spoken and written. * Initiative, creativity, and solution-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in MS Office. Preferred qualifications * Prior experience in managing packaging materials, regulatory information, or similar roles. * Familiarity with corporate systems (Harmony, GLAMS, Veeva RIM, Veeva Quality Docs).
