SBS headquarters are located in Paris, France. **Job Description** Senior Developer * Apply your deep technical expertise to contribute to product architectural design. * Develop software products for banking and financial institutions alongside open, collaborative, non-hierarchical, contribution-respecting, and agile R&D teams. * Empower and encourage teams to continuously improve technology and processes. * Challenge and support engineering people and practices to enhance product quality. * Support product team governance to ensure solution quality and efficiency. * Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values and culture—especially among junior members. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. * 8 years of experience delivering Java- and open-source-based solutions as an engineer, preferably within international organizations. * Hands-on experience with Spring, microservices architecture, and cloud computing. * English proficiency at B2/C1 level. * French proficiency at minimum B1 level. * Strong expertise in data structures and algorithms, with experience in digital transformation and digital technologies. * Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate, build relationships, and support achievement of the organization’s overall objectives. * Solid experience working with large-scale enterprise components. * Proven experience and strong understanding of working in an agile environment. * Good understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines). * Self-motivated, capable of taking initiative and completing tasks with minimal supervision. * Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory. * Significant experience (minimum 7 years). **Additional Information** We commit to respecting diversity, creating an inclusive workplace, and implementing policies that foster inclusion and promote social and cultural respect regarding gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, and religion—with equal opportunities.
