Description
We are seeking an Accounting Administrator for an advisory firm, responsible for the full management of accounting and tax obligations for a portfolio of clients. The main task is to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal deadlines in all accounting and tax-related tasks, using A3Eco software as the primary tool. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required to keep documentation up to date.
Responsibilities include recording transactions and reconciliations in A3Eco, as well as timely filing of quarterly tax returns (forms 303, 111, 115, 130, 131, and 202\) and their annual summaries. Maintaining organized accounting and tax documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, is also required. Working hours are intensive morning shifts: either from 8:00 to 15:00 or from 8:30 to 15:30, with an annual gross salary of 23\.000 euros. An indefinite-term contract and a stable work environment are offered.
Practical experience of at least two years in accounting is preferred, ideally within an advisory firm; fluency in A3Eco and quarterly tax return filing is essential. Education in Administration, Accounting, or Finance is considered. During tax filing seasons, up to 40 hours may need to be recovered every two months to accommodate workload peaks; however, the team is supportive and offers professional development opportunities.
Proficiency in the A3Eco accounting software. Practical experience in filing quarterly tax returns (forms 303, 111, 115, 130, 131, 202\). At least two years of professional accounting experience. Education in Administration, Accounting, or Finance (Vocational Training Level 2, Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent). Knowledge of Corporate Income Tax, Individual Income Tax Returns, or Financial Statement Filings is valued.
