Our headquarters is located in Valencia, and we have presence in other regions of the country. We are hiring! We are looking for a person for Customer Service and Orders at our Valencia office. We seek someone energetic, with good communication skills and motivated to work in a dynamic environment. **Main responsibilities:** * Attend to and support customers in their inquiries and needs. * Record, manage, and resolve incidents related to orders, deliveries, or products. * Follow up on complaints until fully resolved. * Ensure customers receive clear information, realistic timeframes, and effective solutions. * Provide support to the order team when needed. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in office tools and intermediate Excel skills.
