More information about the company: https://www.llaollaoweb.com/es/ **Purpose and Overview of the Role:** We are looking for a professional to design and implement talent training and development programs aimed at ensuring that retail outlet staff worldwide uphold the brand’s standards and values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design comprehensive training programs, developing content, manuals, and guidelines to build technical and strategic competencies aligned with development and career plans—particularly focused on retail outlet management. * Define learning pathways tailored to the needs and characteristics of each market. * Deliver in-person and virtual training to operational teams and middle management. * Coordinate soft-skill and hard-skill workshops, ensuring active methodologies and practical applicability. * Supervise the practical application of training at retail outlets through external providers, guaranteeing protocol compliance, monitoring, calibration, reporting, and feedback. * Identify opportunities to improve technical and developmental competencies, proposing targeted training initiatives to enhance talent. **Job Conditions** * Work for a **recognized company** in the market, experiencing continuous growth and offering strong learning, training, and career advancement opportunities. * **Career development plans** tailored to your position. * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience and value added. * **Working hours**: Monday to Thursday, 8:00\-9:00 to 17:30\-18:00; Fridays, 8:00\-9:00 to 14:00\-15:00. * Offices located in central **Madrid**. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional Competencies and Experience** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Nutrition, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field; additional complementary and relevant qualifications are valued. * **Proven experience** performing similar duties as outlined above for at least 2 years. * **English proficiency** (minimum B2\-C1\). * Residence in **Madrid**, or willingness to relocate. * **Availability** to **travel** to **retail outlets nationwide**. * Valid driver’s license. * **Core competencies**: change orientation, organizational ability, adaptability, and communication skills.
