From design through assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We seek an Engineer to oversee/coordinate Projects, ensuring timely execution without incurring additional costs, while maximizing benefit and customer satisfaction. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? As a Personnel Administration Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring proper workforce management. Your main responsibilities will include: Complete monthly payroll processing using SAGE, including incidents, variable pay, supplements, leaves, and final settlements. Filing and monitoring of social insurance through SILTRA / Sistema RED. Processing employee registrations, cancellations, and data changes with Social Security. Coordination with mutuals, TGSS, SEPE, and other public agencies. Calculation of IRPF, wage garnishments, and application of the collective agreement for the transportation sector. Management of contracts, extensions, and certificates (Contrat@). Support during labor inspections and audits. Preparation of labor cost reports and tracking of absences. Requirements: Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (experience in transportation companies is a plus). Proficiency in SAGE.
