Position Summary: This role entails site management responsibilities, covering economic analysis, scheduling, execution control, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive project management and site supervision 2. Certification management and scheduling monitoring 3. Maintaining smooth relationships with suppliers and subcontractors The position involves site management responsibilities, ranging from initial economic analysis and in-depth understanding of the project to developing a detailed work schedule, commonly referred to as \*planning\*. You will be responsible for rigorous control of on-site construction execution, managing monthly certifications, and continuously monitoring the schedule—including identifying and correcting potential deviations. Additionally, you will supervise the verification of layout surveys, manage final project settlements, and maintain smooth relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Part of your duties will include requesting quotations and formalizing contracts. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary between 36\.000 € and 39\.000 €.
