From the People and Organization Department at IDEA, we are seeking a **Mechanical Supervisor** on-site to oversee the industrial project we are currently executing in Córdoba for the company Cunext. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Access control, recording daily work hours for various contractors. * Supervise construction tasks performed by different contractors, monitoring daily progress and schedule adherence, ensuring execution according to technical and quality requirements. * Complete daily work permits for the various contractors. * Ensure direct and efficient communication between the client and contractors to facilitate information exchange and resolve project queries. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Continuously supervise the document management and archiving system for the main contractors' quality control files, reviewing technical documentation and materials against technical specifications. * Supervise and inspect welded joints, paint application procedures, and hydraulic testing execution. * Issue daily progress notices and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. * Issue Non-Conformance Reports when serious deficiencies are detected in the execution of contractors' contractual scope of work.
