Nursing staff are sought for a senior residence located in Priego, Cuenca. Main responsibilities include monitoring and providing comprehensive care to residents, covering both their basic and medical needs, especially when direct assistance is required. This includes preparing and administering medication according to medical guidelines, as well as monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Active collaboration with the medical team will be required, preparing necessary materials and drugs for treatments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and recording clinical histories, detailing relevant information for tracking each resident's condition. Care for bedridden residents, including proper implementation of postural changes, monitoring administered food, and assisting with feeding through probes, will be a fundamental part of the role. Personal hygiene supervision, as well as control of medications and food in rooms, will also be required. The nurse will attend to any healthcare needs of the center’s staff that fall within a nurse’s scope of practice and will collaborate with other professionals such as physiotherapists when appropriate. Managing orders for pharmacy supplies, laboratory tests, and radiology, along with supervising physical activities prescribed by doctors, will also be part of the duties. A permanent full-time contract is offered. Shifts are rotational, possibly morning or afternoon, with some flexibility in working hours. Salary will follow the sectoral agreement, with potential increases based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. * University degree in Nursing.
