The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining high product quality standards and following customer service protocols during their shift. This includes strictly adhering to all hygiene regulations, food handling procedures, and established food safety measures. Daily tasks include executing the kitchen cleaning plan and performing defined actions for optimal product control. It is essential to follow guidelines regarding preparation, presentation, and service timing of each dish to ensure consistency. The contract is indefinite-term and part-time (30 hours per week). The establishment is open from 10:30 to 00:30, with closing time possibly varying to 23:30 depending on the day. Shifts may be scheduled continuously or in shifts, working 5 days with 2 consecutive days off.
